1. because it is a multi billion dollar company(so that would be like Walmart quitting) and if they quitted they would lose an insane amount of profit

2. Absolutely everyone loves and uses youtube for one thing or another so if they quitted they would be in so much trouble and get absolutely loads of hate

3. Youtube is a real business and to quit would make many people lose their jobs
